I am an Assistant Professor in Management at D’Amore-McKim School of Business, Northeastern University, with a secondary appointment in Bouvé College of Health Sciences. My work focuses on social networks, contentious professional practices, and behavioral change.

I obtained my Ph.D. in Organizations and Management from Yale University. I graduated with B.S. in Economics and B.S. in Mathematics (with distinction) from Cornell University.

My research has won the Responsible Research in Management Award, nominated for the SMS Annual Conference Responsible Research Paper Prize and appeared in top-tier journals including Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, JAMA, and Health Affairs.
